Hearing, mobility and veteran dogs.
Ages 18+ for mobility, hearing and veteran service dogs.
Ages 5+ for childrens service dogs.
Area requirements: United States.
Circle Tail - Cincinnati, OH
Diabetic alert, hearing, mobility and seizure response, and in-home.
Ages 14+
Area requirements: 75-90 miles from Greater Cincinnati area.
No other dogs in home. Fenced in yard may be required in some cases.
Indiana Canine Assistant Network - Indianapolis, IN
Mobility, veteran and in-home service dogs.
Ages 8+ and must be based in the state of Indiana.
$2500, no electric fences. Children have been exposed to dogs for 8-12 months (if applicable). All Veterans must be referred through the Veteran Affairs Northern Indiana Health Care System.
Leader Dogs for the Blind - Rochester Hills, MI
Guide dogs
Age 16+ and must be based in the United States.
Must be legally blind, in good mental and physical health including the ability to walk several blocks without jeopardizing any current medical conditions. Successfully completed a basic course in O&M. You do not need to have copmleted this at Leader Dog.

Must be legally blind, with previous O&M training.
