Our Team
-
Kristin Dillon, Co-Founder & Guardian of Why
Kristin moves through systems, builds messages like blueprints, and movements like lifelines. With a background in strategic communications, and a soul tuned for justice, she leads the storytelling, voice and the big picture view. She holds the sacred “why” that runs through data, community truth, and lived experience. She’s the translator between what policy promises and what families actually live. She’s the one you call when the message matters—when it’s time to say the thing, name what’s broken, with conviction that this world should work better—for all of us.
-
Stephanie L. Jones, Co-Founder & Director of Peace
Stephanie brings a rare kind of presence—the kind that levels a room with grace. A magnetic speaker, PR expert, and pure-hearted mother, she brings a holy calm to the chaos. Her leadership grounds ICBZ in purpose and soul. She leads with love, speaks with clarity, and carries a deep belief that inclusion is not optional—it’s sacred. Fearfully and wonderfully made for such a time as this, Stephanie holds the heart of the movement and reminds us what inclusion feels like when it’s real.

Saba Iqbal, Director of Outreach & Keeper of the Thread
Saba is the bridge-builder, strategist, and source of calm momentum. After hearing about ICBZ, she knew it wasn’t just an idea—it was a calling. Within weeks, she launched advocacy in her own district, quickly becoming the go-to for parents ready to create change. As Director of Outreach, she guides new families, expands community efforts, and ensures no one doing this work ever feels alone.
